Karakorum International University Gilgit, through Career Development Centre
(CDC) KIU has launched a new initiative called “Talent Farming Project (TFP)
which aimed to help fresh graduates (with a degree in business, commerce,
economics or any another similar qualification) to explore and find suitable jobs.
An exercise is being carried out to identify and shortlist potential candidates
who are suitable for inductions in entry-level positions, purely on merit.
Once the short listing process is completed, SHMA will interact with potential
employers for placement of the candidates. The TFP initiative aims to provide
quality placement services to the graduates of Institutions.
The initiative increases the accessibility of the graduates providing them corporate
job opportunities from all over Pakistan.
Those students who have been graduated in 2016, 2017 and 2018 can apply.
Students of the final semester of above disciplines can also apply through the
